At this point the Dev team have elven names (with a common tongue meaning) to each planet in the solar system. based on the released material of the Cosmology page on this site, each player invents a name for all planets in the solar system.
Planet Naming Contest Rules:
- To be able to be considered, you have to be a 3kds community member (registered on www.3kds.com with an account)
- Only one entry may be sent to BOTH Oracle and LadyThundy. No other DM shall be PMed your entry (PMing another DM will mean you have not submitted your entry). (this means you cannot submit more entries from different accounts)
- Every planet except the sun and Arda, needs a "common-tongue" name (which means, an english name for each planet)
- The planets that needs a "Common tongue" name is: Estanesse (The Firstborn), Morchiant (Dark shapes), Hith'kanta (Misty Shape), Celeb'runya (Silver Flame), Anga'loomi (Cloud of Iron)
- The sun and Arda (earth) is NOT part of this contest
- This contest result in one winner, or more.

Today we start one of many possible future Lot3k contests which will allow you, the players, to really help this community and the Dev Team in the development of our new world. With our hands tied on the more solid work in our new worlds development, we are finding our time more and more taken up and thus will now see if you our player base can really help out with the many books that we dream of having in our new world. A world where there are so many books on so many topics, that even each topic has many different books, all slightly different, all with different therioes and so that when we do come around to nwn2 we have a large amount of books for you to research and discuss. Which results in a great feeling of depth.
Do not worry that you know nothing of our world when writing these books. Guidelines will be given and material edited by us to fit into our new world. But remember! Not all books have to be true, there could be hundreds of books on different mythical locations, legends and even secret groups which are simply just theories of the past or present and these theories don’t actually have to be true. You could write about distant lands, small tribes found far in the north and their ritules and even fact books about undead, how to cut gems etc.
Do remember, this is a contest themed for Lot3k, please keep all Euron related information out of your entry.
This is first and foremost a contest and their will be prizes and awards for the best few pieces of writing.
Contest Information
There are three categories of material you must choose from. From these three categories you are to choose one and are only allowed to submit one piece of material into one of the categories.
Category 1: Poem/Song/Play
Category 2: Fact
Category 3: Fiction
Ten pages using Microsoft Word or any Word document is the maximum you may send.
Font must be Times New Roman
Font Size 12
Paragraph 1,5 - 2
No pictures
You may use as many volumes as you wish for one topic. EG. A look at Undead – Volume 1 Ghost, A look at Undead – Volume 2 Shade, A look at Undead – Volume 3 Skeleton.

Your entrances to the contest must be PM’ed to both LadyThundy and Oracle using the exact template as shown above. Spamming other DM’s with your material will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the contest. (Use the PM system found on www.3kds.com)
