What does lot3k mean?
lot3k is short for the upcoming server name "Legends of the Three Kingdoms™.
What world is the setting for lot3k?
The world of Euron, is the setting for the Legends of the Three Kingdoms. It is not a Forgotten Realms world, nor is it any other known D&D world. You will play in a unique world, that is based on the D&D 3.5 ruleset, but has an own history that has been developed for more than 3 years already through "The Three Kingdoms" (www.3kds.com).
What game will be the base for lot3k?

Is the new version of the world going be the same as the old (3kds)?
Yes and No. The world will be the same, the planet, the old ancient history will be the same, but the "areas" will not. The Legends of the Three Kingdoms is set in the distant future compared to 3kds today. So far in the future most of what is happening in 3kds now will be forgotten or folk lore.
Do you allow the Player Characters to be transferred into the new version of the world of Euron?
No. The story happen in another time age, and for the sake of a fresh new start, and ingame DM plots, leads to the fact that no one will keep their characters, nor character names (or relations). Also there are other factors in this, new level range (1-20) not 1-40 that is in NwN today. We want all to start fresh in lot3k. Do remember, Lot3k is set in the very far future of the current 3kds.
Will prestige classes be allowed?
Yes. To whom and how to gain them in currently in discussion with the team.
When will the new server be playable?
No estimated time is given due to factors that is important, like when the release of the game happens, how long the Dev team needs to get familiar with the new tools, and the planning of the content.
Will there be guilds?
Yes. Guilds will be present but run in a very different way to how they are in 3kds. Details will be released when the discussion has finished.
What subraces will be in the new world?
Not decided yet. A list of current races can be found in the race section on this website.
Will lot3k be an RP server?

May I participate with the planning and designing the new world?
The Lot3k team is the ones responsible for planning and designing the world, and by default no one else will be part of the dev team. However we always want tips and suggestions - that you can voice through www.3kds.com or e-mail a appropriate person. You may also participate on scheduled community contests found on the contest page.
